Use this form to submit a new OA recovery event.

Use the public-facing event name (e.g., Annual Retreat, Sponsorship Workshop, or Twelve Step Workshop Series).
Select one category if applicable.
One-time (or multi-day): a single event with one start date/time and an end date/time if needed. Recurring: an event that repeats on multiple dates/times.
Select the time zone where this event occurs.

Event Details

Select up to three (3) languages spoken at the event.
For example: Free or $10 suggested donation.
Event URL. This can be a registration link, online platform link, or another event-related link.

A pending organizer will be created for this event submission.
Organizer pronouns, optional.
Public contact email for organizer.
Organizer website URL.
Public contact phone for organizer.
Time zone used for organizer details if needed.

Event Venue (Physical Location)

Select country for the venue.
Enter the place where this event is hosted. Example: "Downtown Community Center" or "St. Mark Church Hall". A pending venue will be created for review.
Primary street address for the venue.
Suite, building, or additional location details.
City where the event is held.
Postal or ZIP code for the venue.

Image for listing and event page display. Please make sure you have the rights to any image you upload. Files must be 1 MB or smaller. For best results, use a landscape-oriented image, such as a 4:6 ratio. Avoid uploading images that contain text, as they do not scale well on mobile devices.
