USE THIS FORM TO ALERT US OF TEMPORARY MEETING CHANGES

Please fill in as much information (below) on your meeting change as possible to ensure timely and accurate updates. All personal information submitted is retained for internal use only and will not be shared outside of Metro Intergroup.

Please Note: All email addresses to be posted on the calendar in conjunction with Temporary Meeting Changes must be in keeping with our 11th Tradition, which means no full first and last names, nor should your first and last name be ascertainable with the posting of your first name and last initial, i.e. JaneDoe@oanyc.org; JDoe@oanyc.org submitted by Jane D.  (Tradition 11: Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, films, television, and other public media of communication.)
