Welcome to the retreat registration page.

To ensure your privacy and security, we have designed our registration to be a two part process.

Part 1: Please fill in all of the information below to register for the retreat. After you have completed entering your information, enter the Captcha Code, and click on Confirm, you will be directed to our registration payment page to complete Part 2. You will receive an email confirming you have completed Part 1.
Part 2: Payment is processed with PayPal via all major credit and debit cards. Your financial information is not retained by Greater NY Metro Intergroup. After completing your payment with PayPal, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment has been received. (Payment by personal check or money order is only available by mail at this time. Single: Private room, limited number available
Double: Some rooms have 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Arrangements must be worked out between the roommates.
Triple: Some rooms have 3 single beds, others will have combinations of queen and twin beds, and cots. Arrangements must be worked out among the roommates.
Daytrippers: Those who want to attend on Saturday only. Schedule: 9:00-4:00 pm Meetings; 12:30-1:30 Healthful Lunch; and, 4:00-6:00 Free Time.

We will do our best to match you with a roommate; however, Metro Intergroup takes no responsibility for compatibility in any way. If you have any special issues that would affect your sleep or stay in the room, we encourage you to bring earplugs, find your own roommate and/or select a single room accommodation.

RETREAT SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Please consider a tax deductible donation to Greater NY Metro Intergroup to offset retreat expenses and provide scholarships to Fellows who could not otherwise attend the retreat.

There will be a link in the confirmation email from the Retreat Committee following registration which will take you to the Retreat Scholarship Fund page on our website. On this page you will be able to contribute a separate tax deductible contribution Greater NY Metro Intergroup to benefit the Retreat Scholarship Fund.
Greater New York Metro Intergroup is registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Registration Terms Acknowledgement

• Registration must be paid in full to be considered fully registered.
• There are NO REFUNDS. If for any reason you cannot attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your place (registration is transferable).If you cannot find anyone, please inform us so we can offer your spot to a scholarship candidate.
• Payment to PayPal will show up on your statement as "Metro IG"
• Any payment disputes will be handled on an individual basis, however Greater NY Metro IG will not be responsible for any fees incurred as a result of registrant error
• The bus leaves Columbus Circle promptly on Friday, 5:00 PM on Friday evening. Anyone not on the bus at the time of departure is responsible for finding their own transportation.
