An Important Note About Proposed Bylaws Changes (as of 7/10/08)

Metro Intergroup's Bylaws document and standard operating procedures (Policies and Procedures Manual) have been undergoing an overhaul. Proposals were considered at the March 13, April 1, June 12 and July 10 monthly intergroup business meetings, and only a few remaining items are still pending. A synopsis of the proposed changes is included as Appendix A (for bylaws) and Appendix B (for policies), with updated information summarizing latest modifications. Appendix C shows specifics: exactly what changed at the 7/10/08 meeting and Bylaws which are still being considered for further amending.  Appendix D indicates Procedures and Policies language still under consideration for future meetings. Appendix E is a proposed expense reimbursement form.
